We pre-screen all of the candidates that apply for the position and complete a competency based telephone interview. We present short listed candidates as quickly as possible, along with their CV and a detailed one page Candidate Profile . Chimeara then arrange the interviews, subsequent feedback, and negotiate the offer on behalf of our clients and candidates.

Chimeara only charge a percentage of the successful candidates basic salary.
